Seti River Rafting

Trip Overview

This fine river offers beautiful scenery of nature, tremendous excitement of white water rafting, forested canyons and wonderful villages. Five to Rafting put-in point, Damauli, is about 5 hours drive from Kathmandu. It ends at Gaighat from where you can either drive back to Kathmandu or Chitwan (Royal Chitwan National Park). As the trip begins early in the morning from Kathmandu drive to Damauli, for the rafting point, which covered the middle hills of Nepal. After the rafts are rigged we will set off down the Seti Khola. You have to spend the whole day within its forested canyon.

Day to Day Itinerary

Drive to Damauli, and short rafting trip. Lunch and camp at Corridor of jungle near the riverbank.

Corridor of jungle nears the riverbanks to Gaighat; rafting till 3 PM (approx.) and drive back to onward destination.
